Who pays whom – clear lines
Baubrücke brokers. Contracts, invoices and payments run directly between you and the manufacturer. No money passes through us.
One contract
You sign the purchase contract directly with the manufacturer. Delivery to site (DAP), transport included.
One invoice
You pay the manufacturer only – in instalments as the order progresses: deposit on order, main payment when ready to ship, balance after incoming inspection.
Transport and customs
The manufacturer books and pays the carrier. Import duties and Swiss VAT are settled by the customs agent directly with you as importer.

PVC, timber, timber-aluminium. Triple glazing up to 48 mm, Uw from 0.77 W/m²K, sound insulation up to 43 dB, burglary resistance RC1N to RC2. Tested to EN 12207, 12208, 12210.
Lift-and-slide doors
Large formats up to around 8 m wide, for living rooms with a view. Including hardware, thresholds and preparation for sun protection.
Doors
Entrance doors with security class, made-to-measure interior doors, fire doors.
Kitchens
Made-to-measure kitchens to your plan, with fronts, worktops and appliances as required.
Insulation
Facade, roof and perimeter insulation. Mineral wool, EPS, XPS, wood fibre – in the thicknesses Minergie requires.
Sanitary & bathroom New
Sanitary ceramics, fittings and bathroom equipment from ROCA and Laufen and other brands – WC, washbasin, shower, bathtub, shower channels. Complete bathrooms to your sanitary list.
Tiles New
Floor and wall tiles from the ROCA and Gala collections – for bathroom, kitchen and living areas, also in large quantities for apartment buildings.
Pipes & installation New
Waste pipes, water lines and fittings as well as REMS professional tools. On request – we clarify the approvals required in Switzerland (e.g. SVGW for drinking water) before every quote.

We work with production plants in Skopje, Strumica and Prilep that manufacture on German and European system profiles. Which plant produces your project depends on material, format and timing.
System profiles
PVC on Trocal and REHAU systems, aluminium on Schüco, Jansen and Alumil systems. The same profiles Swiss window makers use – manufactured in Macedonia.
Certificates
CE marking, test certificates to EN 12207, 12208 and 12210, U-value calculation to EN ISO 10077. Every quote includes the evidence for the required target values.
Large formats
Lift-and-slide doors up to around 8 m, structural and semi-structural facades, motorised glass systems and pergolas for terraces.
In-house glass processing
Insulating glass up to 48 mm, triple glazing, acoustic and safety glass from in-house production – shorter routes, fewer interfaces.
Selection
Only plants with export experience and references in residential construction. We visit the production before the first order.
